5. Once the lamb meat is soft, remove the roasted lamb breast from the oven and cut it into four pieces.

6. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F and bake the lamb

7. Place the lamb breast on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brush each piece of lamb meat with the fat drippings from the pan

8. Bake the lamb breast for about 20 minutes, until it gets golden and crispy, then brown lamb for 4 minutes by increasing the oven’s broiler.

9. Remove the lamb from the oven, and your lamb breast recipe is done! Top your delicious roasted lamb breast with fresh parsley, serve with mashed potatoes, and get ready to eat your meal. Bon appétit!
